  • These are thirty year, fixed rate loans to cover the cost of the homesite and construction of your finished home.

  • The interest rate you get is fixed for thirty years at 4.875% (5.020% APR) --- period.

  • Borrow up to 90% of the total value based on construction and land costs.

  • Community Financial manages the loan during construction. You make no payments. Simply convert to the permanent loan after construction with no additional fees; no change in interest rate.

  • Our construction period is generally 5 to 6 months in length, depending on many variables.
