We received many requests to modify our popular Swallow home plan to accommodate a guest suite or separate home office on the first floor. The result is the Swallow II plan you see here. Four bedrooms and three full baths accommodate an extended family with ease. Upstairs we rearranged the hall bath to provide a window to the side yard and created a bigger laundry room with better access to the rest of the bedrooms. We think you'll agree that our newer version provides more opportunities for any living arrangement.
