| The Swallow III We think you’ll like our Swallow III traditional floor plan even more than our previous versions. The main floor bedroom and bath now has its own entrance from the Family Room which makes it more accessible to the remainder of the home. Or use the space as a wonderful back of the house private office with a view of the rear yard. We’ve kept the three upstairs bedrooms, Bonus Room (or 5th Bedroom) and two upstairs full baths people love and tweaked the Laundry Room. This remains our most popular "formal living room-dining room" plan. |
