The Swallow

Our new version of the Swallow incorporates a first-floor in-law suite into a traditional home with formal living and dining areas. Other features include European styling and an open kitchen/family room with big windows into the back yard view. An open railing provides spaciousness and light to the second floor. Double doors lead to a big bonus room with game closet on the front of the home. A second set of double doors leads to the private master suite on the rear which enjoys a spacious bath with double bowl vanities, shower, commode room and large walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms share a conveniently located hall bath and provide quick access to a large upstairs laundry. This is a great multi-generational home for that extended family.
